ZUZ AI lets you set up an assistant that answers in a natural voice, understands what the caller actually wants, and either handles it or passes the call to a person. You describe what it should do in plain language. There is no code to write and nothing to install.

How the technology works

ZUZ AI combines real-time speech models with telephony infrastructure. Your assistant listens, understands and replies in the same conversation rather than reading from a script tree. Calls are recorded and transcribed so you can review exactly what was said.

Being straight about limits

AI voice assistants are good, not perfect. They can mishear, and they can misunderstand an unusual request. We build in handover to a human for exactly that reason, and we would rather tell you this before you buy than have you discover it afterwards. ZUZ AI is not suitable as the only handler for anything safety-critical.
